Adobe Organic Sauvignon Blanc
Organically grown grapes are sourced from Casablanca Valley’s cool climate in Chile which proves ideal for cultivating Sauvignon Blanc.  Clean and fresh with juicy crisp acidity makes this wine a great sunshine sipper. Zingy flavours of grapefruit, lemon and gooseberry with a slight grassiness come through on the palate.

Roche Arome
The Schonberger grape lends a floral and perfumed nose with intense tropical fruits resulting in an aromatic explosion. Delicate and fresh on the palate makes for a delicious wine to just savour on its own. This wine would pair beautifully with seafoods such as sushi or grilled halibut with a mango coulis.

Lopez de Haro Rioja Reserva
Quality Rioja producer using Tempranillo with a dash of Graciano in the blend. Classic Reserva ageing of 2 years spent mainly in cask adds in the layers of complexity. The wine shows smooth on the palate with moderate tannins giving way to flavours of tart black cherry, tea, balsamic and sweet vanilla spice.

Cono Sur Organic Cabernet Sauvignon/ Carmenere / Syrah
What a fantastic deal from this top producer on this organic wine that is loaded with flavours of blackberry, black cherry, vanilla and peppery spice. This wine is medium bodied and displays a medium firm tannin structure making it suitable for meatier dishes. 

Cazadores Mr. Cartoon Blanco Tequila
The hand-crafted bottle from the artist, Mr. Cartoon is designed to give a symbolic nod to the Mexican culture. Produced from 100% agave, this Tequila is bottled directly after distillation to preserve the pure character of the agave showing an essence of apple and citrus combined with a slight herbal nuance and a touch of pepper. The palate is smooth showing a trace of sweet spice followed by a fresh yet warming finish.

Russian Standard Vodka
This vodka is produced using winter wheat harvested near the Russian Steppes and clean glacial water from Lake Ladoga. Clean and crisp with notes of minerality and subtle citrus make this a great vodka for cocktail mixing, try with any soda or juice.

Legent Bourbon
East meets west in this collaboration between Fred Noe, master distiller of Jim Beam, and Shinji Fukuyo, Suntory’s chief blender. The blend consists of three Jim Beam Bourbons finished in a variety of casks using Sherry, red wine and Bourbon barrels to create a rich harmonious balance. Raison and dried fruit flavours meld with vanilla, leather and cornbread resulting in a delicious Bourbon.
