Spring is in the air and St Patrick’s Day is upon us. We have some fresh whites to get you started, followed by some rich warming reds and of course an Irish Whiskey!
Cuvee Hortense Entre-deux-Mers
Lovely white Bordeaux crafted from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle. It spends 6 months before resting in French oak barrels to add a layer of complexity. A fresh wine with vibrant acidity and flavours of lemon zest and grapefruit with hints of toasty oak and vanilla spice on the finish.
Baumer Riesling
Heralding from Rheingau, Germany this aromatic and floral wine shows bright notes of apple, honey and melon. The palate is slightly sweet, offering ripe apple, peach and melon flavours with juicy acidity. Its pure deliciousness. Wonderful match for spicy cuisine.
Casa Nidal Monastrell
A rich and warming Monastrell from Yecla, Spain that showcases loads of juicy fruits from blackberry to black cherry and ripe plum finishing with a dash of earthy spice. A soft and approachable style of red perfect for pairing with grilled meats and pasta dishes.
Culmina R & D Red Blend
Made from a blend of Bordeaux varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc) all sourced directly from Culmina's estate vineyards, the R&D Red Blend is a perfumed and richly layered blend from the Golden Mile Bench. Concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry mingle with clove, cocoa and earthy spice to give a deliciously complex red.
Collective Arts Plum and Blackthorn Gin
Plum and blackthorn contribute the pretty mauve hue while giving this gin a fruitiness that complements the heat of black peppercorns and ginger. The nose shows a complex array of aromas with cardamom, orange peel, juniper and plum. We are thrilled to be carrying this gin that placed Gold at the World Gin Awards in 2019!
Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey
Triple distilled and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this original blended Irish whiskey is known for its smooth and gentle complexity. Uplifting aromas of citrus, green apple and vanilla carry through on the palate with notes of almond biscotti. Get your Irish on for March 17th!

A complex and rich rum originating from Venezuela. Long- term ageing up to 8 years comes through in the abundance of flavour, from toffee, ginger and baking spices to fig and chocolate. This gem of rum can be savoured on its own or in a classic Dark & Stormy with spicy ginger beer and lime!
